Training Goals
The “Diploma in Evidence-based Coaching EMCC & AC Accredited” is a totally experiential, one-year programme of professional training in coaching and coaching psychology. It includes: 11 live-streaming workshops via Zoom, demonstrations and coaching-skills-practice in class, coaching practice with real clients in addition to classroom based and more than 30 hours of group and individual supervision. Upon completion, graduates are ready to deliver coaching sessions to executives, leaders, business owners and to anyone who wants to achieve goals, improve performance, make decisions, manage and lead.

Accreditation
The programme is accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council and the Association for Coaching. Graduates as Certified Coaches can proceed with their Individual Accreditation (Accreditation) from the above associations.
Entry Requirements
In order to enrol, the following criteria are required:
- Academic Degree.
- Very good knowledge of English (one of the workshops is delivered by English speaking trainers)
- Interview with the course director.
