Training Goals

The “Diploma in Evidence-based Coaching EMCC & AC Accredited” is a totally experiential, one-year programme of professional training in coaching and coaching psychology. It includes: 11 live-streaming workshops via Zoom, demonstrations and coaching-skills-practice in class, coaching practice with real clients in addition to classroom based and more than 30 hours of group and individual supervision. Upon completion, graduates are ready to deliver coaching sessions to executives, leaders, business owners and to anyone who wants to achieve goals, improve performance, make decisions, manage and lead.

Accreditation

Entry Requirements

In order to enrol, the following criteria are required:

  • Academic Degree.
  • Very good knowledge of English (one of the workshops is delivered by English speaking trainers)
  • Interview with the course director.

Charalampos is a licensed Coaching Psychologist specialised in Leadership & Performance Coaching. He is the founder and director of Athens Coaching Institute, a senior consultant with more than 14 years of experience in coaching, training and consulting.

Chrysa Cherkeletzi
Coach Trainer

Chrysa is an EMCC Accredited Coach Practitioner and Accredited Adults Trainer, specialised in Organizational / Business Coaching, Career Coaching and Organizational Development. She holds a BA in Management, and two Master’s degrees. She is a leading trainer and supervisor at Athens Coaching Institute.

Coach Trainer

Fotis is a PhD cand. of the Department of Economic Sciences at Democrotus University. He is an EMCC Accredited Coach Practitioner specialised in Executive and Team Coaching. He is a leading trainer and supervisor at Athens Coaching Institute. He has more than 7 years of experience as mentor/coach of Non Governmental Organisations.
